As an active member of the Förderverein, you help to make the everyday life of our children more colorful, cheerful and eventful.
With your contribution of just € 30 per year, you help to ensure great experiences such as excursions and theater projects, festivals, toys and special projects.
Membership declaration passive (grandparents, uncles, aunts)
As a passive member, you can support the Förderverein with a small contribution of just € 15 per year – without any obligations. And this enables great experiences such as excursions and theater projects, parties, toys and special projects.
Articles of association
The articles of our association are the foundation of our Förderverein. They regulate how we work, what we are allowed to use funds for and what goals we pursue – always focussing on the well-being of our children.
About us
We are the Förderverein of Kita Kleine Löwen in Düsseldorf – a group of motivated parents, family members and supporters who are dedicated to the well-being of our children.
Our kindergarten does a great educational job. However, there is often a shortage of funds for all the little and big extras that brighten up children’s eyes. This is exactly where we come in.
We want to make the kindergarten life of our children even more beautiful, colourful and eventful – with excursions, festivals, toys, creative projects and much more.
Every helping hand, every new idea and every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference. Together we can make a real impact – for our children and their unforgettable time at the kindergarten.

With your support, we have been able to realise many wonderful projects in recent years that have enriched the day-to-day life of our children.

Dance project for the children – movement, music and a good mood
Butterfly breeding – from caterpillar to beautiful butterfly
Ice cream van – a sweet surprise for our kindergarten children
Clown visit to the kindergarten – laughter, amazement and lots of fun
Children’s mobile theatre in the gym – sparkling children’s eyes guaranteed
Fascinating flying artists – griffins visiting the Kita
Hens in the Kita – 2 weeks of observing, petting, feeding

Live together – learn from one another
At our kindergarten, children from a wide variety of cultures, religions and backgrounds play, learn and laugh together. For us, this diversity is no coincidence – but a real treasure.
From an early age, the children experience how enriching differences can be. They learn to treat each other openly, respectfully and without prejudice – as a matter of course in everyday life together. This benefits them not only now, but for the rest of their lives.
The Förderverein unites parents from a wide range of backgrounds who are committed to pursuing common goals for all children – regardless of origin or language. This community comes to life at festivals, activities and projects and shows how strong a collective can be when everyone is involved.

Why should we become a member of the Förderverein?
Without a Förderverein – no extras.
We provide special experiences outside the day-to-day routine of the kindergarten.

How can I become a member of the Förderverein?
Becoming a member is very easy – and every membership counts!
This way you can actively support our kindergarten and, above all, the children.
Simply complete, sign and return the membership form to us by e-mail or hand it in at the kindergarten office or to a kindergarten teacher.
One-time donations are of course also welcome.
How much is the annual contribution?
€ 30.00 per year for active members (parents)
€ 15.00 per year for passive members (grandparents, godparents, uncles, aunts, friends)
What if my child leaves the kindergarten?
Even if your child leaves the kindergarten, the membership in the Förderverein does not end automatically. However, many parents decide to end their membership at this point – this is of course possible at any time. Briefly inform the Förderverein in writing that you wish to leave.
Some families remain members even after their child has left the kindergarten in order to continue to support the kindergarten – e.g. because they have younger siblings or because they simply want to give something back. We are particularly grateful for this!
How else can we support the Förderverein?
In addition to becoming a member, there are many small (and large!) ways in which you can support the Förderverein – and therefore our children:
Helping hands at festivals & events
Whether it’s a cake stand, setting up and dismantling or gardening – we are always happy to receive support at events.
Company sponsorship or material donations
Do you work for a company that supports social projects? Perhaps your employer could support the organisation with a donation or equipment!
Spreading the word helps!
Tell friends, neighbours or grandparents about the association – every new membership or donation counts!
Donations instead of gifts
Birthday, anniversary or Christmas – how about suggesting a donation to the association instead of gifts?
